Stuart locally sources all types of wood, which he then uses to make useful and decorative wooden folk art. Some of these are painted and some are left in their natural state to show the beauty of their natural grain.

Natural Crafts Cumbria sells handmade crafts. A selection of individually made macrame pieces, including Owls and hanging shelves. We use locally sourced natural edge timber to make bespoke household items and use pieces of driftwood for a range of products.

Working with locally sourced hardwoods, we produce a range of wooden handcrafted products. We specialise in hardwood boards for the kitchen and around the home. Incorporating the natural beauty and imperfections of the material, we produce beautiful, bespoke and functional pieces of art.

Mike’s Artwork – The pictures are ready-to-hang and are created using a selection of natural and dyed wood veneers with occasional added materials for effect. The boxes are individually handmade using the same materials for both the interior and exterior surfaces.
Yvonne’s Artwork – The small, original pictures using acrylic paints are ready-to-hang as are the collage pictures which are created using mixed media materials. Hand-crafted cards are also created using mixed media materials. My inspiration is drawn from everywhere!
