Claire Tinker-Mill is a self taught artist based in Lancashire. Her work focuses on textures and movement, using fabric collage, embroidery and beading to create stitchscapes inspired by the natural world, with a dash of whimsy. Heavily inspired by the coastlines of Lancashire and Northumberland, and aim to recreate the calm and peace time by the ocean can bring. The pieces are tactile, detailed and designed to inspire a pause while you look for another hidden detail, or make you smile in a world which can be gloomy.
