Mary Taylor

I am a Textile Artist working from my garden studio in Natland. I’m inspired by the colours and textures in the landscape. I layer fabrics and machine and hand embroider them, to create unique pictures, and machine embroidered and hand beaded jewellery in a variety of colours. I am a keen photographer and I also create cards of my photos. I am a member of Green Door and regularly exhibit with them.

Marie Rollet

I rediscovered pottery after changing careers, when I joined an evening class at my community art centre. I now work from my Morecambe studio and creates white‑stoneware pieces on the wheel, that I alter and finish with delicate glazes, slips and Sgraffito decoration.

Maria Earith

I live in a small hamlet in Silverdale where design and create hand made pieces inspired by my love of traditional crafts. ◦ Knitting has always been something I find deeply relaxing and therapeutic and the sense of calm and enjoyment is woven into everything I make. Since retiring, I have been able to dedicate more time to my craft turning a lifelong passion into a small business where I can share my work with others. I take a great pride in using high quality yarns such as Alpaca Cashmere and wool with a particular love for soft Merino ◦ Every item I Create is made with care and attention.

Lynn Bradley

I’m a fibre addict who spins, dyes, knits and crochets. I enjoy creating and working with yarn and use my work to express my love of colour and texture. I use a traditional Ashford spinning wheel to spin wool, alpaca, mixed fibres and even dog hair! I’ve been knitting and crocheting forever and always have several projects on the go. I sell my yarn and a range of items including gloves, shawls, purses, bowls, keyrings, cards and chickens.
